In our sessions, you’ll find a welcoming space where we’ll use the mind-body connection to help you uncover and shift the unconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, and negative coping strategies that shape your life. My goal is to help you not just address your symptoms, but to experience embodied insight and lasting change.
Some of the issues I work with include trauma, attachment wounds, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, or even just the complexities of being a human.

I work with couples of all orientations and relationship styles, including monogamous, non-monogamous, and polyamorous.
