Somatic Therapy & Counseling

About Me

As a psychotherapist, I’m particularly interested in how we show up in our relationships—with ourselves and with others. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals and couples who are ready to do the deep, transformative work towards change.

My journey into psychotherapy began because I’ve always been fascinated by the mind-body connection and the profound impact that our past experiences have on us in the present. I believe that true healing happens when we tune into the full spectrum of our experience—mind, body, and emotions.

Whether you’re dealing with the impact of trauma, struggling with wounds from the past, or navigating challenges in your relationship, our work will be tailored to what you need. My integrative, somatic approach allows us to create real-time shifts that bring you closer to the life and relationships you truly want.
