FAQs

FAQs: Somatic Therapy
  • Somatic psychotherapy is a holistic approach to psychological healing that works directly with the mind-body connection. By blending talk therapy with mindfulness and body-centered awareness practices, it grants focused access to the core wounds underlying current psychological issues. Gentle yet powerful, somatic psychotherapy helps you gain deep insights, experience a new way of being and feeling, and facilitates lasting transformation.
